Do you offer airport transfers or cruise transfers in connection with tours?
No. We do not offer airport or cruise transfers or tours with luggage. Our minivans do not have space for luggage. We can offer you a Tarragona cruise ship pickup / dropoff, but without luggage.

Do you offer tours of sights in Barcelona city?
No. We are specialists in sights outside Barcelona, so even for private tours, we do not visit sights in the city of Barcelona.

Do you offer pick-ups outside Tarragona or Barcelona?
As a rule we do not, but for some private groups we might be able to offer a pick-up at locations close to Tarragona or Barcelona. Please ask about this in the comments field of the booking form

What should I wear on a Tarragona tour?;
This depends on the tour and the time of year. When you book you will received a confirmation mail which will also have information about what you should wear on the day tour that you have booked.

Who can book a Tarragona Day Tour?
We offer standard tours to groups of up to 6 guests per minivan. Most of our tours have a lot of walking, so a good level of average fitness is required. Sorry, we do not offer tours to reduced mobility or disabled guests. Children must be minimum 4 years of age or 1.45m (4 ft 9 in) tall and must able to sit on a child booster seat with adult seat belt for the duration of the driving time. 

When do our tours takes place?
Most of our tours operate all year from Tuesday to Friday (Roman ruin sites are closed on Mondays)..

What time do tours start?
A typical day tour starts at 8.30 or 9 am.

Weather in Tarragona in the summer
The weather in Tarragona is perfect for day tours all year round. It can be chilly in the winter and very cold in the mountains. In the summer the air temperature ranges from 21C to 35C degrees. We send our guests an email one day before a booked tour with a weather update so they can dress appropriately.

What if it rains?
If the weather is extremely stormy, then if possible we will try and reschedule if your tour contains elements that are sensitive to weather, but generally we go in rain or shine. Our guides will bring umbrellas on rainy days.

How do I pay?
We ask for a deposit payment of around 30% advance by credit-card and 70% in cash on the day of the tour. If you prefer you can pay the full amount in advance. We use Paypal as our credit card payment system which is safe and encrypted. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. You simply pay by credit card like you would normally do online.

What if I have to cancel?
Our cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy is as follows: 
100% deposit refund if you cancel more than 1 weeks before the tour date and cannot reschedule. 
50% deposit refund if you cancel more than 2 days and up to 1 week before the tour date. 
No deposit refund if you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the tour. 
We do not charge a fee to refund. 
If we cancel due to bad weather and you cannot reschedule then we offer a full refund.

Is there a discount for groups?
No, sorry. We do not offer discounts - all our tours can max be 6 persons

Is there a discount for a multiple bookings?
No, sorry, our tours are already very reasonably priced.

Is there a child discount?
No, sorry, as all our tours are very small groups only

Is there a student discount?
No, sorry, as all our tours are very small groups only

Can I book tours in other languages than English?
No. Our tours are only in English.

Are pets allowed on tours?
No.

Is there an age requirement for children?
Yes, children must be over 4 years of age.

Are tours wheelchair accessible?
No. Sorry but our minivans are not adapted for wheelchair access. We cannot bring wheelchairs.

What are our general Terms & Conditions?
All tour participents or the person booking for the group must read our terms and conditions. 

Can I take prams and buggies on a tour?
Yes, if there is room but only on private tours. Children must be minimum 4 years old.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
No, sorry

Can I hire the vehicle exclusively?
Yes. We only offer private tours.
